Initial Handover
We meet — in person or via video call — to go through everything you've planned. You walk us through your suppliers, your vision for the day, and all the details you've arranged. We get to know your style, your priorities, and exactly how you want your day to feel. By the end, we have a complete picture of your wedding and are ready to take the reins.
Timeline Creation
We create a detailed, minute-by-minute schedule for your entire wedding day — covering early morning preparations, supplier arrivals, ceremony timing, drinks reception, dinner service, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, and evening party. Every transition and key moment is mapped out so nothing is left to chance.
Supplier Confirmation
In the days leading up to your wedding, we contact every one of your suppliers to confirm arrival times, delivery details, setup requirements, and any special instructions. We ensure everyone is aligned with the timeline and knows exactly what's expected — so there are no surprises on the day.
Final Walkthrough
Where possible, we visit the venue with you to walk through the layout, ceremony positioning, reception flow, table plan, and any logistical details. This gives us a clear understanding of the space and allows us to anticipate any practical considerations before the day itself.

From overseeing the complete venue setup and managing every supplier arrival, to guiding your bridal party, coordinating guest seating, managing the order of events, and handling any last-minute changes — we are by your side every step of the way. Can we add extra hours?
Yes, additional hours can be arranged for a supplementary fee. Some couples extend our service to cover late-evening celebrations or early-morning setup for more elaborate weddings.
Do you help with setup?
We oversee and direct the complete ceremony and reception setup — ensuring decor, floral arrangements, table settings, favours, signage, and guest seating are all placed exactly according to your plan. We coordinate with venue staff and suppliers to make sure every detail is right.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
That's exactly why we're there. Whether it's a supplier running late, a last-minute weather change, a missing item, or any other issue — we handle it discreetly and professionally so you never have to worry. Problem-solving on the day is one of the most valuable things we provide.
Do we need to have everything planned before booking?
Ideally, yes — this service is designed for couples who have their plans, suppliers, and details in place. If you still need help with the planning itself, our Pick Up Package or Complete Wedding Planning Experience may be a better fit.
Will you coordinate with our overseas suppliers?
Absolutely. Whether your suppliers are local to Cyprus or travelling from abroad, we'll liaise with every one of them to confirm details and ensure alignment with your timeline.
