We review your venue, suppliers, timeline, and budget, identifying what's solidly in place, what needs refining, and any areas that still need attention. This gives us a complete picture of where you are and exactly how we can help.
Supplier Management
We take over all supplier communications and logistics — confirming bookings, managing timelines, coordinating delivery schedules, and handling payment tracking. If you still need additional suppliers, we provide our extensive supplier brochure featuring trusted, hand-picked professionals across every area of your wedding. We ensure every moving part is aligned and nothing falls through the cracks.
Legal Assistance
We handle the full legal process — providing you with the correct statutory declaration templates, a comprehensive document checklist, and step-by-step guidance. We pre-check all your completed documents before submission to the Town Hall, verify everything is in order before you travel, and ensure there are no surprises when you arrive in Cyprus.
Pre-Wedding Meeting
Upon your arrival in Cyprus, we meet in person for a detailed planning session to walk through every final detail. We attend your Town Hall meeting together, confirm any remaining requirements, and make sure you feel completely confident and relaxed heading into your wedding day.
The Wedding Day
We arrive early and take full charge of the day — overseeing the complete venue setup, managing every supplier arrival, coordinating the ceremony, reception, speeches, dinner, and celebrations. When should we book this package?
Ideally 3-6 months before your wedding, as this gives us plenty of time to review your plans, refine details, and manage suppliers effectively. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timeframes depending on availability and the current state of your planning.
Can you help with legal paperwork?
Yes — full legal assistance is included in this package. We provide statutory declaration templates, a complete document checklist, step-by-step guidance, pre-check review of all documents, and forward everything to the Town Hall on your behalf. We also attend your Town Hall appointment with you when you arrive in Cyprus.
Do you handle payments to suppliers?
We can manage supplier payment schedules and timelines on your behalf with precision — tracking what's due, when it's due, and to whom. Alternatively, we can provide a clear schedule for you to pay suppliers directly, whichever you prefer.
What if we haven't booked much yet?
If you're at the very start of your planning journey, our Complete Wedding Planning Experience may be a better fit — it covers everything from initial consultation through to the wedding day. We're always happy to advise on which package suits your situation best.
What if we've already booked suppliers you don't work with?
That's absolutely fine. We work with whoever you've chosen — whether they're local to Cyprus or travelling from abroad. We'll liaise with all of them on your behalf to ensure everyone is aligned and coordinated for your day.

Day Coordination focuses solely on managing your wedding day itself. The Pick Up Package includes everything Day Coordination offers, plus pre-wedding planning support, supplier management, legal assistance, and on-the-ground meetings when you arrive in Cyprus.
